TWO OPTIONS

Partial Studio: $245.00 + tax for 12 kids, plus $14 for each additional child

This option is for dedicated use of our "Scribble Space" area.  It holds up to about 15 children (depending on the number of adults).  This is a good option for smaller parties or for older kids when adults are not staying. 

Full Studio Rental: $425 + tax

This option closes the entire studio to the public.  Our studio can hold up to 25-30 children (depending on the number of adults).  This is a good option if you plan to have lots of extra adults, more than 15 children, or would like full use of our studio.

Included in price for both:

  • Coordination with you/your child on what particular medium/s or themes your child would like.  Easels are always open for painting.  We usually do 2-3 additional customized crafts depending on the child's interests & age;

  • Each child will be able to produce a piece of art to take home with them;

  • Two to three dedicated staff members to assist;

  • Parties last for 1.5 hours;

  • Parents are free of charge; babies who do not participate are free of charge;

  • Refrigerator and freezer access (both are small); and

  • We'll clean it up!

Additional notes: 

  • Adequate parental supervision required;

  • Have children dress to get messy (aprons will be provided for use while on-site).  The Art Project is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing;

  • 10% discount for members;

  • Decorations are not needed, but if you'd like to bring, balloons for the middle of the Scribble Space table always look nice. 

  • Your child's name + Happy Birthday will be written on the chalkboard. 

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required at time of booking.  This fee will be applied towards the total bill of your party.

Add-on possibilities:

  • Pizza and Paint - have Memphis Pizza Cafe pizza delivered right to your party;

  • Canvases for each kid to paint on and take home ($3/each for 9" x 12" canvas boards or $5/each for 12" x 12" or 11" x 14" canvases);

  • Blank T-shirts/pillowcases & fabric markers or tie-dye ($8 each);

  • Provide an instructor to teach a particular class/workshop - price varies depending on class;

  • Creation of custom invitations/thank you notes - more info here

  • and/or party favors or tags for party favors.

    • Custom tags - $1/each, you can even use your child's artwork!

    • Custom tags tied to a small box of crayons with a ribbon, $3/each

    • We're happy to work with you for additional options!

Please bring:

  • Plates, utensils, cups, napkins, cake/cupcakes/ice cream, drinks, cake knife, ice cream scoop, serving utensils and decorations.  

Suggested times (based on availability):

  • Friday: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Great time for a Pizza and Paint party!);

  • Saturday: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.; 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.; 5:30 p.m - 7:00 p.m.

  • Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.; 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • These are just “suggested” times.  We are happy to work with you!
